As a football fan, it's always important to show your team colours, whether it's blue for Chelsea, red for United or in this case, black and white for Fulham. However, it isn’t always easy to find subtle, trendy, every day clothing to support your team whilst looking presentable at the dinner table. When Fulhamish, an award-winning fan based podcast, contacted us wondering what could be the next thing that Fulham fans would love to see in their store, we jumped at the idea of creating a line of merchandise that will inspire and capture the essence of Fulham Football Club and make clothing that fans would be proud to wear.

We really wanted to create designs that were extremely iconic and relatable to each and every fan of Fulham Football Club and could be shared and recognised by other Fulham fans passing by in the street, down at the pub and even at the games. These designs really showcased some of the main features of what it means to be a Fulham fan, with our chants, our iconic players, scenery, etc. To be able to work on a project with Fulhamish, creating something we were all so passionate about, really showed in the outcome of the final t-shirts.

One of the most popular designs that we worked on for Fulhamish was the Craven Cottage roof, which is one of the most recognisable parts of our stand for all football fans across the country. The Stevenage Road stand (now Johnny Haynes stand) was built in 1905 along with the Cottage, and both have stood there ever since. The roof of the cottage with the bold “The Fulham Football Club” read across the entire width of the building has been known and loved by Fulham fans for 116 years, so it was a must for an embroidered design. On the outside of this very stand, above all of the turnstiles, you can find a stone vintage FFC crest, which if you regularly go to the games at the cottage, you will have spotted multiple times. To have a wearable element of that iconic Johnny Haynes stand, meant that fans can show their admiration for the ground at every occasion. Other designs included, the recognisable figure of, Fulham Football Club and international legend, Johnny Haynes. His connection with the club and fans of all ages is so important, a statue and stand, have been dedicated in his honour. Our embroidery shows Johnny Haynes doing kick-ups with a historic leather football. Another image we wanted to create, was of the road sign that Craven Cottage is located, Stevenage Road.
